British Seasoning

When we first started Secret Chef we had recipes for seasonings from Thailand, Italy, Mexico etc. but nothing British. We put our heads together and with some research and mainly ingredients commonly found in a British cottage garden, the British seasoning was born!

Packed full of fresh flavours this seasoning compliments chicken, fish and vegetable dishes.

Italian Seasoning

This Italian Seasoning was influenced by southern Italian flavours, it takes our taste buds back to sunny holidays in Italy where we enjoyed the fine foods and hospitality.

This truly Mediterranean seasoning compliments Pasta Dishes, Sauces and fresh Salads.

Provence Seasoning

When we think of Provence we remember the blankets of purple lavender fields and the evocative aromas of freshly cooked meals.

This fragrant Provence Seasoning compliments Vegetable Dishes, Slow Cooked Meats and BBQ Fish.

Game Seasoning

This Game Seasoning is inspired from traditional meals cooked and enjoyed in our family restaurant in the Black Forest – Germany and compliments Game & Wild Mushrooms Dishes and Farmhouse Soups.

Thai Seasoning

Our Thai Seasoning is influenced by recipes from northern Thailand. It offers authentic aromas and flavours found in many Thai dishes and compliments Stir Fries, Poached Fish & Noodle Dishes.

Moroccan Seasoning

We have blended 18 herbs and spices to create our Moroccan Seasoning, which is based on a recipe straight from the Soukes of Marrakech in Morocco. This aromatic spice mix compliments Meat Dishes, Roasted Vegetables and Couscous.

Mexican Seasoning

Our Mexican Seasoning has a little secret; it has been influenced by the Aztecs with one of the ingredients being the prized cocoa bean. This mix of typical South American spices compliments Ground Beef Dishes, Salsas and Fajitas.
