BBQ Moroccan Chicken Breast

(Serves 4)


Preparation time 20minutes

+ 1 hr marinating time

Cooking time 10/15 minutes

Pre-heat the BBQ

(Cooking times will vary; we cooked on a gas BBQ)


You will need:

3 Tsp Secret Chef Moroccan Seasoning

4 Chicken Breasts, butterflied

2 Tbsp Cooking Oil


To butterfly the chicken breast, carefully slice the breast in half width-wise almost to the other edge. Keep that edge intact and open the breast along the "fold."

Mix the Moroccan Seasoning and the oil and spread on to the chicken.

Place in the fridge and marinate for a minimum of 1 hour.

Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before BBQing.

Can also be grilled or fried!!


Ensure the chicken is cooked through before serving.
