Beef Burgers / Meat Balls


Makes about 6 burgers or 20 meat balls


Preparation time 10 minutes

Cooking time about 10 minutes

(depending on the thickness and what you are cooking on)


You will need:

1 sachet Secret Chef Beef Rub

500g minced beef

1 medium onion diced

1 egg beaten

25g of bread crumbs or 1 broken up weetabix


Combine all ingredients together, shape into burger patties and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Remove from fridge 20 minutes prior to cooking on the BBQ, under the grill, in a frying pan or in the oven.

Alternatively form into meat balls, fry in a hot pan and add to your favourite tomato sauce or make a tasty Italian sauce.
