Lamb Burgers / Kebabs

(Serves 6/8)

  

Preparation and construction: 20 minutes + 30 minutes resting

Cooking time about 10 minutes

Depending how thick and how you are cooking them

 

You will need:

1 sachet Secret Chef Lamb Rub

500g Minced Lamb

1 medium Onion diced

1 Egg beaten

25g of Bread crumbs or 1 broken up Weetabix

Skewers if making Kebabs

 

Combine all ingredients together, shape into burger patties or Kebabs on skewers and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Remove from fridge 20 minutes prior to cooking on the BBQ, under the grill, in a frying pan or in the oven.

 

Alternatively make into meat balls and serve with our easy Italian sauce!
