Linguine with Prawns 

(Serves 4)



Preparation time 10 mins

(bring water to boil at this time)

Cooking time 10 mins


You will need:

Secret Chef Italian Seasoning

250g cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tbsp olive oil

300g raw, peeled and cleaned prawns

400g dried linguine or spaghetti

1 small onion finely chopped

Basil leaves to garnish (optional)


Bring a large pan of lightly salted water to the boil. Add the pasta and cook for 8-9 minutes or until al-dente.

In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a large pan. Add the onions and fry for 1 minute.

Add the prawns. Toss them over a high heat for 2 minutes or until they are just cooked through.

Add the tomatoes and fry for a further 2 minutes and stir in plenty of Secret Chef Italian Seasoning.

Drain the pasta, return it to the pan and add the onions, tomatoes and prawns.

Garnish with ripped basil leaves and serve with a salad and crispy bread
