Moroccan Kebob


Makes approximately 12 kebobs


Yes Kebob I haven’t spelt it wrong promise!!


Preparation time 20 minutes

Refrigerate for a minimum of ½ hour before cooking

Cooking time 8/12 minutes

(Cooking times will vary depending on your choice of cooking)


You will need:

2tbs Secret Chef Moroccan Seasoning

500g Minced Lamb

2 medium Onions diced

40g chopped Dried Apricots

1 medium Egg

25g Bread Crumbs



Combine and mix the lamb, onions, apricots, egg, bread crumbs and

Moroccan Seasoning.

Mould the mix firmly around the skewers. (About 1½ - 2cm thick)

Put in fridge to set for a minimum of ½ hour.

Remove from fridge 15 minutes before cooking.

You can cook these under the grill, in the oven, in a frying pan or authentically

over a charcoal BBQ. (Insure thoroughly cooked before serving)


Serve with couscous flavoured with Secret Chef Moroccan Seasoning,

salad and flat bread.
