Pepper Butter Sauce

(Serves 4)


This quick and simple sauce is fantastic with meat or fish & works really

well drizzled over tagliatelle and prawns


Preparation time 5 minutes

Cooking time 3 minutes


You will need:

½ tsp ground Secret Chef Exotic Peppercorn Mix

2 tsp chopped Parsley

1 Garlic clove minced

½ tsp Lemon zest

Sea Salt to season 


Mix the butter, parsley, garlic, lemon zest and ground exotic peppercorns in a bowl and season with sae salt to taste.

Place the seasoned butter in to a hot frying pan and cook over medium-high heat, until the butter is melted and frothing. Pour the butter sauce over cooked meat or fish.
