Pork Meat Balls

(Serves 4)


Preparation time 10 minutes + 30 minutes chilling

Cooking time 40 minutes


You will need:

2 tsp Secret Chef Pork Rub

500g minced Pork

1 medium onion diced

1 egg beaten

25g of bread crumbs or 1 broken up weetabix


Combine all ingredients together, shape into balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook in a hot frying pan for 5 minutes constantly turning.

Reduce the heat and cook for a further 35 minutes constantly turning.


Serve with our rich tomato sauce and Pasta!
