Potato Gratin

(Serves 4)

  

Preparation time 15 mins

Cooking time 2 hours

Pre-heat the oven to 160°c

(Cooking times will vary depending on your oven, we use a fan oven)

 

You will need:

1-2 tbs Secret Chef British Seasoning

6 large Potatoes, peeled & sliced

2 Cloves of Garlic chopped

250ml Dbl Cream

250ml Milk

100g grated Cheese

Pinch of Salt

  

Layer the sliced potatoes into an oven proofed dish,

sprinkling the Secret Chef British Seasoning and garlic between layers.

Mix the cream and milk, along with a pinch of salt together and pour

over the potato layers, making sure to cover all.

If you have liquid left once covered, discard or on the other hand if you

don’t have enough liquid to cover the potatoes,

don’t worry, just add a splash more milk.

Sprinkle over the cheese and place in pre-heated oven.
