Provence Crispy Roast Potatoes

(This is based on 2 medium Potatoes per person)


Cooking time 45 minutes

Pre-heat the oven to 190°c

(Cooking times will vary depending on your oven, we use a fan oven)


You will need:

1/4tsp Secret Chef Provence Seasoning

2 medium Potatoes per person peeled & halved and par boiled

(drain in a sieve and toss slightly to roughen up the edges for extra crispiness)

1 small jar of Goose Fat or 3tbsp Vegetable Oil


Crispy Roast Potatoes

Put the goose fat or vegetable oil on a baking tray

and place in the hot oven for 2 minutes.

Add the potatoes and cover with the fat. Turn them every 15 minutes.

Sprinkle over the Provence Seasoning for the final 15 minutes of cooking.
