Based on Southern Americas favourite way of cooking these spices are,

as the name implies, for rubbing onto meat, fish or vegetables before BBQing, grilling or roasting.

 

Although through experimenting with these rubs over the years we have found them to be

much more versatile.

 

Add to mayonnaise or crème fraiche for a dip, mixed with oil and vinegar for a salad dressing,

sprinkled over potato wedges or roast vegetables, mixed in with minced meat for great homemade burgers or just added to any dishes for fantastic seasoning.
